The Role:
We're looking for a passionate and creative
Creative Content & Communications Manager
--someone who's as obsessed with L'ETO as we are. You will be responsible for developing and delivering compelling content for the social media (TikTok is a big focus!) that strengthen our brand voice and enhance engagement across digital channels. You will work closely with the international PR & Marketing team to create captivating narratives, manage communications, and ensure that every touchpoint with our audience reflects L'ETO's unique identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation for the Social Media:
Develop and execute an engaging content strategy for @letocaffe.official across TikTok and Instagram, using iPhone
Collaborate with photographers and videographers if needed to create visually stunning content that showcases L'ETO's culinary excellence and brand values
Work closely with the social media team in Dubai to develop content calendars, plan campaigns, and optimize engagement across platforms
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone of voice across all communication platforms
Monitor social media trends, ensuring L'ETO remains ahead of the curve in content and engagement
Community Engagement:
Foster and grow an engaged brand community by initiating conversations and responding to audience inquiries
Encourage user-generated content and brand advocacy
Work alongside influencers and content creators to expand L'ETO's brand presence and reach
Brand Communications & PR:
Support Head of PR&Marketing in the organization of events, media visits and partnerships with external brands
Support Head of PR&Marketing in handling internal communications, ensuring brand alignment across departments and locations
Create aesthetic email campaigns in line with the marketing calendar
Digital Channels Management:
Update content upon request for all L'ETO UK restaurants on Google, TripAdvisor and https://letocaffe.com
Who You Are:
3+ years
of experience in content creation (preferably in TikTok) within the Hospitality/Restaurants/F&B industry (in-house or agency)
Proven ability to create engaging, high-quality content for TikTok that drives audience growth and brand loyalty
A creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
