The Creative and Content Producer is the crucial operational bridge between creative vision and flawless execution. This role is responsible for orchestrating the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that brilliant ideas are transformed into delivered work on time and within budget. Acting as the creative team's advocate, the Creative Producer will balance client needs with creative integrity, manage resources effectively, and ensure every project meets our high standards of quality.


Key Responsibilities




Project & Production Management




Develop and manage quotes, comprehensive project plans, and all associated documentation (e.g., risk assessments, RACIs, budget trackers). Lead project setup, including kick-off meetings and daily or weekly check-ins, to ensure efficient delivery and manage day-to-day workflow. Work closely with the operations team to plan, request, and orchestrate all project resources, including creative and design talent. Brief, manage, and source quotes from external suppliers and production partners, ensuring contracts are in place before work begins. Oversee external partners to ensure creative execution aligns with the original vision. Monitor project progress frequently, ensuring tasks are completed correctly, on time, and to the required quality standards. Attend and provide expertise during social-first, lo-fi content shoots.

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration




Act as a key support for the Client Services team, liaising with Account Managers and other internal teams to facilitate the delivery process. Translate complex creative concepts into clear, actionable project briefs and timelines for both internal teams and clients. Manage internal reviews and client feedback loops to keep projects aligned with the creative vision. Negotiate scope changes and budget adjustments to protect the integrity of the creative work while meeting client objectives.

Financial Oversight & Reporting




Monitor and report on project expenditures and any over-spend issues, ensuring financial health.
