We are looking for a creative, proactive individual with excellent design skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. You should be eager to learn, be adaptable, and enthusiastic about developing your skills in marketing and digital communications.
As Creative Designer you will play a critical role in supporting the Marketing Manager, managing day-to-day design projects across multiple channels. You will produce high-quality visual content for internal and external campaigns, product marketing, social media, email communications, and website content, ensuring consistency with Apollo Scientific's brand identity.

Key tasks:
Sales & Product Marketing Support
Design flyers, product brochures, technical data sheets, and sales collateral.
Develop targeted visual assets for specific product groups.
Create pitch decks, case studies, and one-pagers to support the commercial team.
Graphic Design & Artwork Production: Create high-quality visual assets for print, digital, and web use, ensuring layouts are polished and engaging.
Content Development for Marketing Channels: Produce materials for social media, email campaigns, merchandise, webinars, and events while maintaining brand consistency.
Internal & External Campaigns
Produce graphics for internal communications, campaigns, and events.
Design social media assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter).
Support external campaigns with branded visual elements and advertising creatives.
Email & Digital Design
Create banners and visual assets for email marketing campaigns.
Contribute to website content with banners, icons, and infographics.
Branding & Visual Identity
Ensure all visual content is consistent with Apollo Scientific's brand guidelines.
Update and refine internal templates and brand assets.
Create a set of brand related graphics that can be used across and array of content material
Education/Experience/Skills:
A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or a related field or professional experience in a design role
.
Strong grasp of branding, typography, and layout principles.
Brand Consistency: Strong ability to implement brand guidelines in a way that is consistent and professional maintaining a cohesive brand identity.
Presentation Design: Advanced skills in PowerPoint for professional presentations.
Special Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Creative Thinking: A passion for visual storytelling and the ability to think outside the box.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong people skills to work with internal and external teams.
Creative flair and a strong eye for detail.
Able to work independently and to use own initiative.
