We are now looking for a Creative Designer to join our growing marketing team and help shape our brand identity across multiple platforms.

The Role
As a Creative Designer, you will play a key role in developing visually compelling designs for marketing campaigns across print, POS, digital, animation, and advertising. You will work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure all designs align with our brand vision and business objectives, helping to enhance engagement and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Developing Concepts: Create and refine brand concepts and campaign ideas that align with business goals.
Design Execution: Produce high-quality designs for print, POS, digital media, and animation.
Brand Guidelines: Develop and maintain brand and visual guidelines to ensure consistency.
Motion & Video Content: Work on photography, videography, motion graphics, and animation to enhance digital engagement.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to execute integrated campaigns.
Market & Competitor Research: Identify trends and opportunities to ensure our designs remain competitive and innovative.
Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered to a high standard.
Presentation & Communication: Present creative ideas and campaign concepts to senior stakeholders.

What We're Looking For
Experience in graphic design or a similar creative role, with a strong portfolio.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong knowledge of typography, branding, and colour theory.
Experience in motion design, animation, and video editing is highly desirable.
A degree in design, illustration, marketing communication, or a related field would be desirable.
