About the role:




PwC is seeking a multi-skilled creative designer to produce artwork across various channels, focusing on high-profile projects like campaigns, presentations, reports, proposals, and client deliverables. This role supports the firm's Sales and Marketing strategy, aiming to drive revenue, growth, and enhance the PwC brand.


The designer will create impactful artwork using tools like PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Word, and Google, and craft illustrations to bring campaigns to life. They will introduce new insights, stay updated on current trends, and challenge the team to maintain high standards. Collaborating with other designers, they will help push the PwC brand into new digital spaces.


This position is part of the Creative Solutions team within PwC's in-house creative department, which includes 35 professionals such as designers, video producers, and project managers, delivering innovative design solutions to the UK and global firms.

What your days will look like:



Produce creative deliverables for PwC and clients, including reports, presentations, event materials, brochures, illustrations, interactive projects, social media assets, web assets, and animations. Support and mentor other designers to ensure high-quality, world-class creative work. Take and challenge client briefs, discuss design options, and advise on best use of graphics while adhering to brand guidelines. Work within PwC and client guidelines to solve creative problems within established brand infrastructures. Develop strong internal and external relationships with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Work comfortably on individual projects and as part of a team, across all lines of service and industries in the UK. Ensure attention to detail and quality control, managing end-to-end production of documents and liaising with printers or digital teams. Contribute to the Creative Centre of Excellence by thinking innovatively and driving the aspirational vision.

This role is for you if:



You will be skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD and experience in After Effects and Premier Pro will be an advantage. Highly skilled working experience of PowerPoint and Microsoft Word. A solid experience of integrated business campaigns is essential as your work will cover print and digital delivering brand / marketing collateral across B2B audiences. You'll have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and handle several tasks at once within given deadlines and suggesting possible solutions. You'll have excellent influencing and communication skills to be able to challenge internal clients to deliver best practice. Show a deep passion for graphic design, infographics, typography, creativity and delivering excellent client service. Advanced design skills, significant inhouse or agency experience and / or a relevant qualification
