We now want to bring in a Creative Developer who can help push our digital output even further.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Developer who is confident across both front end and back end development and who brings artistic thinking alongside strong technical capability. You will collaborate closely with our designers, project managers and clients to turn ambitious ideas into smooth and engaging digital experiences. This role suits someone who takes pride in the craft of code, enjoys solving problems, and wants to create expressive work without compromising performance or reliability.

Responsibilities

Lead the build of high quality marketing websites across modern frameworks and platforms Work closely with designers to translate concepts into interactive and engaging digital experiences Develop reusable components and systems that support flexible content management Take part in technical planning, scoping and solution design for new projects Collaborate in client calls when needed and contribute to creative and technical discussions Work with our internal team to ensure smooth delivery, testing and launch processes Explore new approaches, tools and technologies that keep our work fresh and forward thinking Provide support and guidance to the wider team on development standards and best practice

Skills and Experience

Strong experience with modern front end development including React, GSAP, WebGL or similar Confident with server side development, hosting environments and database structures Experience integrating content management systems such as WordPress or headless approaches A solid understanding of performance, accessibility, browser behaviour and responsive layouts An eye for design quality and a good understanding of what makes digital work visually strong Comfortable communicating with clients and internal teams with clarity and confidence A creative mindset with a desire to push ideas and craft thoughtful digital experiences
