We do this through campaigns, launches, films, brand systems, and work that doesn't fit neatly into any of those categories yet. About the Role
As a Creative Director, you will lead the creative vision and execution of OpenAI's brand across international markets. You will shape how global ideas are expressed locally - setting creative direction, elevating craft, and ensuring cultural relevance without compromising brand integrity.
This role sits at the intersection of global brand stewardship and local creative invention. You'll partner closely with the U.S. Creative Studio to help define and evolve the global creative direction, while empowering regional teams, agencies, and partners to deliver work that feels authentic, distinctive, and world-class.
We're looking for a creative leader who is conceptually rigorous, visually exceptional, culturally fluent, and deeply collaborative - someone who can both set the bar and bring others with them.
This role is based in London, UK. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.
