McGuigan Hair salon in Leighton Buzzard

, to spearhead creative excellence, elevate our artistry, and inspire our teams. Your first mission will be to make a powerful impact at McGuigan -- transforming it into a creative flagship -- before expanding your influence across our wider portfolio as we grow.

Your Mission:

As Creative Director, you will transform McGuigan into a beacon of creative excellence -- and then take that magic across the wider group.

You will:

Set the creative vision

and signature style for McGuigan and, over time possibly, our whole portfolio

Inspire and mentor stylists

, elevating the standard of artistry and creativity Lead creative training sessions, workshops, and trend-forward education Collaborate with Marketing to create

scroll-stopping, brand-defining content

Guide the creative direction of photoshoots, campaigns, and stylistic storytelling Support the salon team with day-to-day leadership, motivation, and inspiration Partner with the Salon Manager to ensure consistent excellence on the salon floor Drive innovation, trend-setting ideas, and a rich creative culture Expand your creative leadership to other Alchemy & I locations as we grow

Who You Are:

A true visionary with hands-on talent and leadership.

NVQ Level 3 qualified with

advanced expertise

in cutting, colouring, and styling At least

5+ years' experience

in a high-standard, trend-led salon Known for producing high-fashion, modern, and distinctive work A natural leader who thrives on inspiring and uplifting others Skilled at mentoring stylists and nurturing artistic development Obsessed with creativity, innovation, and delivering unforgettable experiences Passionate about shaping the future of a flagship salon and expanding your influence across multiple sites Strategic, forward-thinking, and ready to build something extraordinary
