rEvolution is in search of a
Senior Creative Director
. In this role, reporting to the Head of Region, you will lead integrated marketing efforts and be responsible for managing and mentoring the creative team.You Will:
Partner with senior creative management and other members of the department to concept and refine ideas across media Review creative department work and lead group efforts Develop and present creative work, both internally and to clients Provide department vision, organization, and mentorship Interpret briefs to discover insights and foundations for creative development Team up to push the agency's work to a higher aesthetic and reputation Professionally represent rEvolution in the marketplace Work with other members of senior management to identify opportunities for growth and the resources needed Additional duties that support the agency, department, and program goals
You Have
12+ years of experience working full-time within marketing Portfolio of produced work, including samples related to global sponsorship campaign activations. An exemplary history grounded as either an art director or copywriter, with extensive experience in the UK/European market. Great presentation ability Willingness to travel on occasion
This hybrid role is based in our fabulous London office, but has a global reach
