Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities



Brand Stewardship:

Define and guard the "Wonda" brand voice. You will ensure our identity is consistent across our physical menus, interior decor, and digital presence.

Visual Content Strategy:

Lead the art direction for high-end food photography and viral-ready video content (Reels/TikTok) that captures the "Wonda" experience.

Packaging & Product Design:

Design the "unboxing" experience for our bakery. We want our bread and cake boxes to be as iconic as the treats inside.

Campaign Management:

From Black History Month celebrations to "Wonda-ful" Christmas bakery launches, you will ideate and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns.

Environmental Design:

Collaborate with interior consultants to ensure our restaurant ambiance--colors, textures, and music--feels authentic, modern, and welcoming.

Strategic Growth:

Analyze social trends and customer feedback to pivot our creative strategy, ensuring Wonda remains the top-of-mind destination for Afro-Caribbean cuisine.

Qualifications Required



The Experience:

1 year of senior creative experience, specifically within the

Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Lifestyle

sectors.

The Cultural Lens:

A profound understanding of Afro-Caribbean culture, aesthetics, and storytelling. You know how to celebrate heritage while maintaining a modern, premium edge.

Technical Mastery:

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a massive plus.

Leadership Presence:

Proven ability to lead a team (or external agencies) and manage creative budgets without losing the "scrappy" entrepreneurial spirit.

Educational Background:

A degree in Graphic Design, Brand Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but a stellar portfolio of proven brand growth speaks louder.

Pay: 30,420.00-44,302.84 per year
