The Head chef will be responsible for developing new recipes, overseeing food preparation, and maintaining food safety standards while fostering a collaborative environment among team members. If you have a passion for culinary arts and a knack for leadership, we want to hear from you.

Assist in the procurement of ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality
Experience
Creating menu , great knowledge and ability to implement seasonal twist
Proven experience in leading a small team up to 10
Great understanding on GP, cost control, labour efficiency
Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail in both cooking and presentation.
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences.
