Creative Industry Manager
to lead our creative operations and support our expanding team.
Job Summary:
The Creative Industry Manager will oversee creative projects, manage teams, and ensure the successful execution of design, branding, content, and production initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a passion for creativity and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage creative teams including designers, content creators, and production staff.
Oversee the development and execution of creative concepts across various platforms.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure project goals, timelines, and budgets are met.
Review and approve creative deliverables to maintain quality and brand consistency.
Develop workflows and processes to improve efficiency within the creative department.
Identify opportunities for innovation and stay updated on industry trends.
Manage vendor relationships for production, printing, media, and other creative services.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations for team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Creative Arts, Marketing, Media, Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in a managerial role within the creative industry.
Strong portfolio or background in creative projects (design, content, multimedia, or production).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and visual communication.
Proficiency with creative tools and software is a plus.
