We are a charity supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health. We operate two Learning Centres, Charity Shop and Cafe in Northampton, and we aspire for further growth within the West Northants area.
With an increased number of service users joining our provision, we are recruiting two new roles, which will ensure we can enact an overall improvement for all who attend Spectrum Northants. The new posts will enhance our offer in Arts, IT and Media, develop the vocational skills of service users and build upon the creative positive approach which underpins our service delivery.
The successful candidates will have experience of leading sessions in relevant subject areas and ability to build positive rapport with adults with disabilities. They will have in-depth knowledge of ASDAN or equivalent learning bodies, strong I.T and communication skills and a commitment to the best outcomes for those who access our provision.
