The Team You'll Join



You'll be part of our growing in-house

Creative team made up of producers, strategists, and UGC managers who love making

scroll-stopping content for platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube. We're a creative, curious bunch who aren't afraid to test bold ideas. In this role you'll own the relationship with

Performance Marketing Managers to make sure we're learning from what's working (and what's not) -- keeping the feedback loop tight, sharing insights, and making sure we're always learning, iterating, and scaling what works.

Requirements



What You'll Be Doing



You'll take full ownership of Runna's performance creative function - setting the strategic vision, managing cross-functional production, and developing high-performing creative across channels. You'll report to Laura, Head of Performance Marketing.

Lead the end-to-end creative strategy for performance marketing, with a focus on improving CAC and LTV Build and manage a quarterly creative roadmap aligned with channel priorities and business goals Oversee the development, prioritisation, and execution of creative briefs across all channels Line-manage and coordinate the workload of internal and external producers across static, video, and UGC Own and evolve a robust creative testing framework, scaling winners and cutting under performers Improve creative workflows and explore AI/automation tools to boost production throughput Act as the bridge between Creative and Paid Media to ensure alignment, communication, and results

What You'll Bring To The Team:



4+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing, or paid social Experience leading creative strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Proficiency in Figma - using it to map ideas, lead brainstorms, and bring creative concepts to life collaboratively Proven track record in managing complex creative production workflows and cross-functional teams Deep understanding of UGC, ad testing, and performance creative best practices Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strategic thinker with strong instincts for creative, data, and execution Passion for innovation and experimentation, with a willingness to push boundaries

Bonus Points If You Have:



A background in fitness, health, or lifestyle brands Hands-on experience working with or sourcing UGC creators at scale

Salary and Benefits



We're offering a salary of 60,000 - 70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus participation in Strava's long-term incentive (stock) programs. Overview of our benefits is below:

Our Interview Process:



Our aim is to keep the interview process as straightforward and enjoyable as possible, and will consist of the following stages:

Screening call

with Josh, Talent Lead (25-minute video call)

Intro call

with Miranda, Director of Growth (25 minutes video call)

Take Home Task [1-2 hours] and Interview

with Laura, Head of Performance and Calum, Creative Manager (50 minutes video call)

Final round:

London office visit ~1hr in-person to meet with

and the rest of the
