Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Creative Lead / Senior Graphic Designer to lead design across digital marketing, print and brand projects. This role involves developing creative concepts, executing high-quality design work, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, current and comfortable owning projects from concept through delivery.

Dermalux is an award winning and global leading manufacturer of medical LED Phototherapy devices for the Medical Aesthetic and Beauty industry (dermalux.com) The role is part of the Marketing team based in our head office in Warrington, Cheshire.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the design and development of visual campaigns, branding, and marketing assets. Translate strategic objectives into engaging creative content and high-impact visuals. Produce assets for digital media, website, print, presentations and more. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Education and Technical Design. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
REQUIRED SKILLS

Creative/Graphic Design qualification Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) Strong visual design skills (please share a portfolio if available) Experience of brand development, producing creative digital and print campaigns Strong attention for detail and quality Ability to prioritise workload and ensure deadlines are met Work as part of a team Communication skills
PREFERRED SKILLS (NOT ESSENTIAL)

Photography skills Video creation and editing experience Illustration or 3D design capabilities HTML
COULD THIS BE YOU?

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a minimum of 2 years creative experience in graphic design for both print and digital media and will be fluent in the use of Adobe Creative Suite. You will be highly motivated and self-driven with a natural determination to push innovation, trend and originality through design with a strong attention to detail.
