Were looking for a highly creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual design across Quants brand ecosystem from web and product interfaces to investor decks, campaigns, and social media. This is a senior hands-on role for a designer who combines visual craft with motion and video storytelling, ensuring our design output reflects Quants position as a fintech innovator.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Leadership
Evolve and uphold Quants visual identity across all channels (digital, print, events, video).
Ensure brand consistency and high standards across marketing, product, and internal communications.
Creative & Motion Design
Produce high-impact assets: product videos, social animations, event visuals, sales decks, and product UI mock-ups.
Lead short-form video editing and motion graphics for campaigns and social media.
Collaborate on storyboarding, scripting, and visual direction for marketing and product explainers.
Workflow Ownership
Build scalable templates and design systems that improve delivery speed across teams.
Manage project priorities to meet deadlines while maintaining creative quality.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product, and communications teams to translate technical ideas into visually engaging stories.
Partner with sales and events to ensure design support for presentations, booths, and collateral.
Innovation & Market Awareness
Stay current on visual, motion, and UX trends, particularly within fintech and B2B SaaS.
Introduce new tools and techniques (AI-assisted design, automation workflows, etc.) to streamline output.
Required Skills and Experience
5+ years of experience in brand and digital design, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or tech.
A strong portfolio demonstrating creative versatility across brand, motion, and digital assets.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
Proven video editing and motion-graphics experience (Premiere Pro or equivalent).
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and data visualisation.
Exceptional attention to detail, visual coherence, and time management.
Strong communication skills and ability to present concepts confidently.
