, we are home to some of the UK's most loved kitchenware, homeware, and tableware brands. With an increasing reliance on digital marketing and brand development, we're looking for a digital-savvy Creative Manager who knows a lot of tricks, including AI, coding, and videography, to create compelling content.
The Role
We're on the hunt for a
Creative Manager
who is both a visionary and hands-on creative. You'll lead and inspire a small but talented team of designers and a photographer to produce exceptional, industry-leading creative work across digital, print, and packaging platforms. This is a career-defining opportunity to shape the creative direction of a multi-brand portfolio within a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
You will lead, mentor and inspire a team of creatives, ensuring structured workflow, strong design standards and timely project delivery, while producing your own high-quality, brand-led creative assets across packaging, digital media, point-of-sale, and in-house communications. From creating and rolling out new brand identities to generating robust, user-friendly brand guidelines and playbooks, you will take projects from concept through to execution with a strong commercial mindset. You will be responsible for maintaining design excellence and accuracy across all creative outputs, including photography and videography direction, while implementing efficient processes that support both creative freedom and delivery excellence.
We are looking for someone with over five years of experience in graphic design, including at least two years in a managerial role. You'll have advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and After Effects, a deep understanding of packaging creation and print processes, and proven ability in digital content creation. You're highly organised, detail-obsessed, and thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple priorities while keeping quality and consistency high. You know how to interpret cutter guides and design with purpose, always keeping the commercial objective in mind. Above all, you are an inspiring and collaborative leader who brings out the best in others and drives the team forward with passion, precision, and creativity.
