The Opportunity
The role of the Social Creative Manager is to run the creative identity for Rodial on all social media platforms. Creating powerful content sourced both independently and externally, the role works to create content to enhance brand identity. Alongside creating content, the role covers the strategic and logistical side of social management from planning to posting, increasing engagement following and overall social footprint.
Please note this role is 4 days a week in our W11 office and Friday's from home.
Key Responsibilities
Content creation both independently and in unison with in-house design team to create reactive content to service the trends of each channel and capitalise on viral moments
Creating content across both camera and iPhone, including photography and video editing
Arranging social shoots from start to finish to create a stream of social creative content. Locations, photographers, videographers, models etc to be organised via personal network, working to conservative budgets
Day to day running of the Rodial social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest). Scheduling content, responding to all messages and DMs and engaging with our community
Understanding of algorithms across all social channels in order to grow engagement, following and community of all Rodial social channels
Continuous identification and relationship building of new influencers and tastemakers to introduce them to our brand
Briefing, negotiation, and creation of contracts for all paid partners, working within set budgetary guidelines
Focus on growing all social channels, reporting on successes and challenges, and sharing with the wider business
In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:
Experience of organising shoots from start to finish for social needs from mood boarding to contracting, pulling together all key elements
Experience of managing social channels growing from engagement following awareness
Proven experience of running multiple social media platforms creatively and strategically
Experience of keeping abreast of appropriate media and social media trends to suit brand representation
Independent content creation for social media
Understanding and knowledge of wholesale and retail.
Excellent commercial awareness and knowledge
