Creative Marketing Intern

to join our team part-time (12 hours per week). If you've got a knack for editing short-form content, love staying ahead of social trends, and are curious about the world of Meta ads--this one's for you.

This 6-12 month internship is ideal for someone who wants real-world experience creating content for brands, with the potential to grow into a

Creative Marketing Executive

role afterwards.

What You'll Be Doing

Creating short-form video content for Meta (Instagram/Facebook) ads using tools like

CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and Canva

Repurposing content into platform-specific formats (Reels, Stories, TikToks) Supporting the team with creative testing ideas and basic ad setup on Meta Learning the ropes of what makes scroll-stopping content and how paid media drives results Helping review ad performance to see what works and what doesn't

What We're Looking For

Someone creative, curious, and proactive with a love for all things social Comfortable using editing tools like

CapCut, Adobe, Canva

(you don't need to be a pro--just eager to learn) Interested in paid social media and digital marketing Organised, with good attention to detail Able to commit to 12 hours a week on-site in Cardiff
