Creative Marketing Lead
to help us tell our story.
The Role
Reporting to the Strategy Lead, you'll own Rooost's marketing calendar and creative brand presence. From LinkedIn campaigns to storytelling content, you'll grow Rooost's visibility and reputation as more than just an accommodation provider.
What You'll Do
Create and deliver Rooost's marketing calendar across social platforms, especially
LinkedIn (key B2B channel)
Develop engaging content that drives
brand awareness and inbound leads
Align campaigns with business development priorities and ESG messaging
Manage brand storytelling across all touchpoints - digital, social, and events
Track performance (engagement, reach, leads) and refine strategy
Collaborate with SMT and sales team to connect marketing activity with growth
Build brand reputation and trust.
Explore and deliver on PR opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Creative, proactive marketer with B2B experience (construction, energy, or workforce sectors a bonus)
Strong written and visual communication skills with a flair for storytelling
Comfortable with creative/digital tools (Canva, Adobe CC, HubSpot or similar)
Organised, resilient, and great at managing multiple projects
Analytical - you know how to link content performance to business outcomes
Growth and ownership mindset
Videography and editing experience
What Success Looks Like
A consistent, creative, and measurable marketing calendar delivered each month with a mixture of content formats.
Increased engagement and visibility across Rooost's social and digital platforms, especially LinkedIn
Tangible growth in inbound interest, marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), and brand reputation
Rooost's story becoming widely recognised across key client sectors
Marketing directly supporting sales pipeline growth
Increased brand recognition through activity.
What We Offer
Salary: 40,000-45,000 base + performance bonuses
Hybrid working (2-3 days in office + set quarterly days)
