Reporting into the Executive Director of International Content at The Trust, this role leads and oversees client services, production and project management of branded content programs across the International market.
Working closely with our Editorial, Design, Development, Performance, Planning, Integrated Marketing and Sales teams--as well ensuring a link between International and U.S. processes--the Director of Creative Operations, International ensures all branded content ideas come to life on-time and within-budget, leading a team offering first-class service for clients from I.O. to launch.
This role is a leadership role, charged with overseeing and optimizing our processes--maintaining high-levels of client service and production excellence, leading process and strategy improvement and escalating issues appropriately when needed. This position will oversee a team of Creative Operations Managers across Europe and Asia. Responsible for aligning internal and external processes across these teams, the Director of Creative Operations, International also plays a crucial role in assisting the growth of client relationships, understanding the nuanced cultural needs across our markets. This role is responsible for ensuring our processes and systems are aligned, maintaining oversight on client handling style and ensuring all projects are compliant and run alongside well-managed budgets and timelines. The work spans a diverse range of content, from written work to films and audio stories.
