On the lead-up to our 10-year anniversary, FRUK Magazine -- a fashion, beauty, and lifestyle publication -- is embarking on one of our biggest projects yet: celebrating a decade of creativity, culture, and storytelling.

We are looking for a part-time Creative Producer & Marketing Manager to help bring this vision to life.

The right candidate will play a pivotal role in producing our anniversary content, coordinating campaigns, and amplifying FRUK's brand across platforms. If you thrive in fast-paced creative environments and love the worlds of fashion, beauty, and media -- this is your chance to shine.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Production

Plan, coordinate, and oversee the production of our 10-Year Anniversary video series (#FRUK10Years) Liaise with videographers, designers, and other creatives to ensure brand consistency Organise and manage photoshoots, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content Curate and repurpose FRUK's archival material for the anniversary campaign

Marketing & Social Media

Write engaging copy for online platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, and website Plan and schedule social media posts to build excitement for the anniversary Monitor engagement and respond to audience interactions in FRUK's tone of voice Assist with email marketing/newsletter campaigns Track content performance and suggest improvements

Partnerships & Outreach

Support sponsorship and brand partnership outreach, including sending media kits and following up with leads Assist with event planning for our anniversary celebration Coordinate with other media platform, contributors, and influencers to amplify campaign reach

Requirements

Strong organisational and project management skills Excellent writing skills with a flair for storytelling Confident in using social media platforms for brand promotion Knowledge of fashion, beauty, and lifestyle trends Ability to work independently and take initiative Basic understanding of content creation (photo/video) -- bonus if you can edit short and long form video Experience in marketing, PR, or creative production is a plus

Type: Part-time (with potential for full-time) Duration: September-November 2025 (initially) Location: Hybrid +Working in a dedicated space /shoots/events Hours: Flexible, approx. 15-20 hours/week Pay: Competitive, based on experience
