Summary

We are seeking a Creative Media Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Crescent Turner Hotel and to assist in the launch of a second space on Whitstable sea front. This role is pivotal in shaping our marketing strategies and enhancing our brand presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to promote the hotel, second space and its services. Manage marketing projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand goals. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive marketing materials and campaigns. Analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise future marketing efforts. Monitor and update social channels as and when required

Requirements

Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. Proficiency in market analysis and understanding of consumer behaviour. Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
