CREATIVE PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Role: Creative Production Assistant

Salary: 25,000-30,000 (DOE)

Location: London

Contract: Full-time

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organised, creative, and hands-on Creative Production Assistant to help deliver world-class events, campaigns, and branded experiences while supporting the smooth running of our nightly programming. This role offers exposure to the full live event production cycle--from concept through to on-site execution--across headline immersive events and the day-to-day creative operations of our club nights (set design, performances, content shoots, and brand activations).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the development of creative concepts, moodboards, presentations, and visual assets. Assist with production logistics, including scheduling, supplier coordination, and set dressing. Manage prop sourcing, costume styling, and decor support. Provide on-site support during installations, rehearsals, and live events--being proactive, solutions-focused, and hands-on. Maintain creative archives, including assets, references, prop inventories, and event photography. Research cultural, fashion, music, and entertainment trends to inform creative ideation. Provide administrative support (e.g., budgets, call sheets, supplier communications, invoices). Assist with rota management, helping to schedule staff and performers when required.

ABOUT YOU

Genuine passion for creative events and nightlife, with interest in music, fashion, dance, or film
production.

Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Creative eye with flair for design, styling, and cultural trends. Proficiency with design tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Canva) is a plus. Willing and able to be hands-on--from carrying props to assisting with set builds. Clear communicator and collaborative team player. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during event periods.
