The Fun Healthy Chinese Cuisine Ambassadors
is a non-profit outreach to school project founded in 2015 by Ming-Ai (London) Institute in partnership with our sponsor, Lee Kum Kee (Europe) Ltd.
There are over 5,000 secondary students and over 300 food teachers who have learnt about healthy eating practices in Chinese cuisines through our free workshops, creating an impact in the UK school food education. Our workshops have been adapted to an online learning platform in 2021 and are looking to expand the network towards Scotland and other European regions in the coming years.
We are recruiting a new member for this direction, and looking for candidate who is energetic and have passions in promoting Chinese culture and healthy Chinese food. You need to be flexible in travelling locally, nationally and internationally with flexible working hours.
The project is a small dedicated team within the Institute and the right candidate needs to be able to prioritise tasks and willing to contribute ideas to the project and to collaborate with other team members.
