Due to significant growth within their key account division and due to the need to expand their subject matter expertise in the field of marketing (agency) services, there is now a need for a talented Creative Project & Traffic Manager to contribute towards their \'right first time\', world class service towards both clients and suppliers.

The Role

The Creative Project &Traffic Manager will also be responsible for supporting resourcing across teams based on the planned needs across the project Beyond the day-to-day, the Traffic Manager is responsible for ensuring that the client has an industry-leading standard of project management, with processes and systems that maintain the highest standards in project & campaign delivery, and resourcing. Management of all studio project from briefing through to delivery including management of freelance requirements and bookings. Create, maintain and update when necessary, all Studio processes and training manuals carrying out new start inductions/training/refresher training. You will be responsible for the cleanse and analysis of the Traffic system data on a weekly/monthly basis. You will embrace the fast-paced ever-changing environment and thrive on a daily challenge.

Required Skills and Experience

To be successful as a Creative Project & Traffic Manager will ideally have experience working within an agency environment across multiple channels of delivery. You will have good experience of a fast-paced studio environment and you will have experience of managing studio resource, daily schedules and timesheets. If you have experience of design yourself then this maybe beneficial. This role is a fast-paced role so you must have the ability to work to strict deadlines, this is of course whilst not compromising on quality. We really need someone who has a keen eye for change, who likes identifying process improvements and then have the ability to implement them. You will be seen as a real leader within the studio environment so we need someone confident, calm but highly proactive.
