Job Description


The Property Services Project Delivery Manager is a newly created position and is a great opportunity to not only help shape the scope of the role but to join the growing Property Services team that is looking to the future.. The team is critical to keeping the OSB Group estate running and our staff and customers safe.

As the Property Services Project Delivery Manager you will manage the programming and delivery of all Property Projects across the UK estate, ensuring the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s statutory legislation and regulations are met. You will join a team of 3 Property Service Managers and report into the Head of Property Services.

The successful individual can be based from our Wolverhampton or Chatham office and will need to travel between all 14 sites as required. However we operate a hybrid policy and happy to discuss how we can make the flexibility work for the right candidate.

What you will be doing

In this role, you will be responsible for the full project management and life cycle, from the creation of the investment idea, business case, through to onsite delivery and project closure, using your experience of reviewing site schematics along with operational management and coordination of third party supplier\xe2\x80\x99s delivery to deliver successful programmes.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day delivery of projects, including responsibility for ongoing development, service improvement, budgeting, monitoring, evaluation, vendors and reporting
  • Providing monthly project reporting for the Group Head of Property Services
  • Support the annual capital investment planning and forecasting
  • Working closely with the property services H&S Compliance Manager, surveyors, landlords and local authorities
  • Conducting site audits and inspections
  • Managing changes in project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Reviewing and approving Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS).
In return for your commitment

We offer a base salary from \xc2\xa345,000 - \xc2\xa352,500 dependant on experience and location as well as a competitive benefits package including:

Could you be the one?

We are looking for talented individuals who have the experience and knowledge set out below:
  • Strong track record in a Project management delivery role with qualifications in PRINCE2 or a comparable alternative project management methodology
  • Previous experience within a property, facilities or estate management role
  • Strong demonstrable experience in managing 3rd party service providers / contractors
  • Specialist project methodology and programming alongside onsite management and delivery experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Health & Safety or building qualification would be beneficial
