What will I do?

Lead creative design and brand storytelling across The QHotels Collection, bringing our hotels, spas, golf, weddings, and events to life through engaging visuals. Run a fast-paced in-house studio - managing project schedules and creative briefing process, prioritising workloads, and ensuring creative deadlines are met. Be the brand guardian - ensuring every piece of creative work is consistent, high-quality, and true to our brand identity. Deliver inspiring creative across print and digital channels - from brochures and POS materials to event collateral and local marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the wider marketing team, agencies, and suppliers to plan, design, and deliver standout creative projects on time and on brand. Combine strategic thinking with hands-on design expertise to shape how our brand is seen and experienced across the UK.

Is this the role for me?Expert level design experience across branding, campaign, product, visual identity and multi-channel creative with proven ability to push concepts into polished, commercially high impact design. Passionate about brand with a deep understanding of its impact Strong relationship and communication skills that enable you to turn complex design briefs into outstanding creative Ideally led design hotel / hospitality / leisure sector / clients Commercially focused and operationally strong, with the ability to run an efficient design studio, manage multiple projects simultaneously, optimise resources, and ensure high-quality output is delivered on time. Expert across leading design software, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma for digital and UI/UX design, and supporting tools such as Canva, motion/3D applications, and asset management systems--ensuring versatility across all creative and production workflows.
