Location - London (Hybrid Working)
Salary - 12.50 per hour (Part-Time)

2 days (16 hours) per week Office Based (shoots, co-working space) Flexible Hours (can work around university schedules)




We're looking for an enthusiastic Creative & Social Assistant to join our team at The Good Marketer. This is an ideal entry-level role for someone eager to break into the marketing or agency world and gain hands-on experience across social media, content creation and production.

You'll work closely with our Creative Manager, Videographer, Editor and Senior Social Media Executive, gaining exposure to real creative workflows. This role is vibrant, social and fast-paced -- perfect for a young creative looking to grow.

Social posts are scheduled accurately and on time across client accounts. Design work, captions and drafts delivered with solid attention to detail. Shoots running smoothly thanks to your organisation + on-location support. You proactively assisting with day-to-day creative ops and staying ahead of priorities. You bringing positive vibes, curiosity and a strong willingness to learn.

Your Focus Will Be On:

Supporting the creative team with weekly social tasks, content organisation and scheduling Assisting with graphic design projects (digital ad creative, organic social visual assets) Supporting shoots: prepping props, helping on set, appearing in videos, capturing BTS Keeping workflows tidy, organised and moving forward Learning from specialists across videography, editing, social and creative strategy

Responsibilities:

Schedule content across social media platforms using planning tools Write captions and help ideate TikToks, Reels and general content Assist on shoots: setting up, organising equipment, managing shot lists, appearing in content Support with graphics, social media creative and digital ad creative Help manage UGC workflows (sourcing creators, collecting assets, tracking deadlines) Support general creative/admin tasks to keep the department running smoothly Bring a collaborative, energetic presence that contributes to a positive team environment
