Alongside our in-house work, we partner with a wide range of external companies across multiple sectors, helping them define and expand their social presence. From building brand awareness to shaping full digital strategies, we create meaningful campaigns that deliver results.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies
that align with client objectives and drive measurable growth.
Plan, manage, and schedule content calendars
across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Create compelling copy and campaign messaging
, ensuring all content is tailored to each brand's identity and tone of voice.
Work alongside our creative team
to brief, collaborate, and occasionally produce photography and video content.
Monitor, moderate, and engage with online communities
, building strong and authentic brand presence.
Analyse performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools
, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up to date with industry trends, social media updates, and SEO best practices
to keep clients ahead of competitors.
Support and manage paid social campaigns
(Meta Ads, Google Ads, and others), optimising for reach, engagement, and conversions.
Deliver clear, actionable reporting
on campaign performance, ensuring clients see the value and impact of their investment.
Requirements
Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
Strong understanding of different social platforms, their audiences, and algorithms.
Excellent copywriting skills and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategy.
Creative thinker with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple clients.
