Creative Team Assistant & Sample Coordinator



Due to our continued growth, the House of Bruar is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly and professional team as a Creative Team Assistant. This role is office based, in our Perthshire offices, no remote working is available.

About the Role



Key responsibilities:

Updating our in-house stock system & supplier/product information

General administration tasks including photocopying, letters and filing

. Adhoc personal admin for Creative Director

Assisting for the preparation of photoshoots such as:

Ensuring we have all items required

Placing items into a running order

Steaming garments and accessories

Attending photo shoots and dressing models

Assisting in keeping the photographic sample cage neat and tidy which includes:

Sending items back to stock after shoots

Making sure items are in their correct places

Assisting in organising and filing archived fabric from multiple fabric suppliers and organising the fabric sample length room which includes:

Tracking how many meters we receive/send to manufactures

Cutting/preparing fabric to send to manufacturers for photographic samples

What we're looking for



Competent in using Microsoft applications - in particular Excel. Previous experience in an in-house stock system application is advantageous. Excellent communication skills

. Positive can do attitude, with get up and go, a real team player with enthusiasm.

A conscientious, attitude with the ability to work in a reactive role with excellent time management skills

Attention to detail, the ability to prioritise and multi-task where appropriate
