Purpose of role
We're looking for an experienced Creative Workflow Coordinator / Traffic Manager to take the lead in managing day-to-day operations within a fast-paced, high-volume corporate design studio. This is a pivotal role that ensures our creative team runs like clockwork -- from briefing to delivery -- on a wide range of design projects, from internal communications to major corporate events.
Please note: To be considered for this role, workflow coordination experience in a creative studio or agency setting is non-negotiable.
Key ResponsibilitiesBe the first point of contact for incoming design requests -- assessing briefs, setting priorities, and ensuring smooth handoffs to the creative team. Own the workflow process from start to finish -- log jobs, assign resources, monitor timelines, and keep everyone aligned. Maintain and manage project documentation including job tickets, project folders, and progress reports. Collaborate directly with internal clients to define clear project briefs, manage expectations, and align on deliverables and timelines. Work closely with designers and artworkers to balance workloads and deadlines, adjusting plans as priorities shift. Lead or support the coordination of larger projects (e.g., campaigns, corporate events) with multiple deliverables. Drive email and workflow organisation, ensuring the central mailbox and project tracking systems are tidy, responsive, and up to date. Participate in quality assurance checks to uphold high standards in both print and digital output. Build trusted relationships with clients through professionalism, responsiveness, and a calm, solutions-focused approach.

Key QualificationsMinimum 5 years of workflow coordination or traffic management experience within a creative/design environment (agency or in-house). Proven experience juggling multiple print and digital projects in a corporate or time-sensitive setting. Clear understanding of the design lifecycle and best practices for working with creatives of all levels. Exceptional organisational and communication skills -- written, verbal, and interpersonal. Solid knowledge of project management workflows and tools (e.g., job ticketing systems, folder structures, timelines). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) -- especially with corporate presentation workflows. A detail-oriented mindset with a calm, friendly and proactive approach to challenges. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro) is a strong plus. Knowledge of financial or corporate environments is highly desirable.
