6 month fixed-term contract / Full time / Hybrid working
Your responsibilities:
Maintaining changes and setting up Customer Master Data Records, adhering to group guidelines. Setting up Sub debtor accounts and changes in conjunction with the Sales Teams
Performing Credit and anti money laundering checks on potential new customers
Posting payments in FEBAN and allocating payments to Customer accounts. Contacting Customers that have not provided account details
Reviewing credit monitoring alerts and highlighting them to the team leaders
Ad hoc reporting and administration duties when required to support managers and the wider Accounts Receivables Team
Your profile:
Credit/Finance background desirable
Excellent communication skills via email and telephone
Intermediate Excel Skills
Strong investigative Skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of SAP Desirable but full training will be given
