Campbells Prime Meat Ltd is Scotland's leading supplier of foodservice products to hotels and restaurants. We have a vacancy for an Accounts Assistant to work in our Accounts Receivable Office. Reporting to the Sales Accounts Manager, encompassing the following duties:
Issuing customer invoices and statements electronically
Resolving invoice/statement/payment queries
Cash collection through email/telephone contact
Account Reconciliations
Cash Allocation
Assisting with inbound calls
Any other ad hoc duties
Some experience of working in an accounts or credit control environment would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given. Good communication skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail with a knowledge of MS applications (in particular MS Excel and Word) are required.
This is a permanent vacancy and an immediate start is offered. Salary is negotiable, depending on experience.
This role is working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.
Applicants must have own transport due to our location.
