More about your role



We are looking to recruit a Credit Control Administrator on a part time basis.



This role in key in ensuring that rental collection is maximised across all client portfolios within the business. You will ensure that SLAs are met and statutory and contractual requirements are dealt with effectively and efficiently.



The working hours for this role are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9am - 5.30pm. After an initial period of training, this role offers hybrid working.



At Places for People, we prioritise our dedication to safer recruitment. Therefore, a Basic DBS check is mandatory for this position.

More about you



Property management experience is preferred for this role however it is not essential as training will be provided. The ideal applicant will have a background in customer service and have worked in a fast paced environment. Experience of working with various IT packages and have a track record of working with various stakeholders.
