The UK's market leading name badge manufacturer is looking to recruit a full-time credit control administrator office based in Newstead Village, Nottinghamshire.

Working in a small team, with an ethos where the customer is at the heart of everything you do, attention to detail is paramount, as is tenacity and diligence dealing with any one of our 30,000 live accounts.

Reporting to the Credit Control Team Leader, we are looking for a full-time credit control administrator to join our already thriving and successful team.

Role and Responsibilities



- Experience within credit control, administration or customer focused roles is beneficial, however, no experience is necessary, we are looking for someone with the capabilities to learn!

- The ability to successful manage your own time and be organised.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages including Outlook. Excel knowledge would be advantageous, however all can be taught!

- Forward thinking and doesn't shy away from a challenge

- Attention to detail, proactive approach to workload, ability to challenge and make decisions

- Excellent communication and numeracy skills are essential

- Able to work in a team and individually

- Customer account administration

- Posting Bacs, Card & Chq cash receipts and allocation

- Emailing invoices and statements to support the credit team

- General admin tasks as required.

- Chasing payments from up to 1,000 accounts each month by email/telephone

- Managing pro-forma invoices

- Liaising with the sales, customer service and invoicing teams regarding any queries

- Full administrative duties using the company's' CRM, Sage, SagePay and other IT solutions

- Dealing with customers queries via email/telephone

The right person for this role MUST:



- Be enthusiastic and motivated who have a passion for customer care

- Have excellent interpersonal skills, and a superb telephone manner

- Be numerate

The right person will need to be hard working, flexible, diligent and above all tenacious and must have a belief in the service excellence and team working ethos of the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From 12.22 - 13.47 per hour depending on experience and skills

Monday to Thursday 7.30AM-3.30PM and Friday 7.30AM-2.30PM 36.5 hours
