Job Title: Credit Control Administrator
Reports to: Credit Control Manager
Employment Type: 32 hours per week, Fixed term contract for 12months, Remote

As a Credit Control Administrator, you'll play a vital role in the effective management and collection of customer debt across Busy Bees Centres. You'll approach your work with professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring that debt is handled efficiently and with care.

Role Responsibilities:

ResponsibilitiesEffective customer debt collection activities daily including debts held in internal systems Maintain & update customer records with debt collection activities undertaken. Reviewing and monitoring the ongoing collection of outstanding debt including payment plans and debts going through court procedure. Assist the Credit Control Manager in providing relevant documentation required for court proceedings where required. Occasional involvement in testing system upgrades and transitional functions. Assisting with any other ad hoc duties requested by the Credit Control Manager as and when required by the business. Knowledge and experience of excel to intermediate level and previous experience within a similar environment would be desirable. A good telephone manner, confidence in dealing with internal customers and parents, via email and phone. Responding to Customer account queries and allocation and reconciliation of Customer accounts
