Job Summary
We are looking for a new Credit Control Assistant employee to be based either in Kendal or Blackburn.What a typical day looks like:Manage customer relationships Reconcile customer accounts/contracts Investigate late payment issues Keeping internal stakeholders up to date with case progression Work closely with other departments across the Anord Mardix & Flex Group Any other ad hoc tasks as requested by the Credit Controller


The experience/qualification we're looking to add to our team:Experience in credit control or a similar role for 2 years Knowledge of credit management principles and practices Excellent communication skills - you're confident dealing with clients Attention to detail Eligibility to work in the UK
