Salary: 31,000



Location: Nelson



Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30/09:00 - 17:00/17:30 (37.5 hours)



To drive system and process improvement. To work along side internal teams to ensure integration of any acquistions into collection systems. Working knowledge of DD systems and Collections. To help ensure all allocations are complete to ensure aged debt minimised. To help manage the Credit team to a high standard, workload to be appropriately distributed, maximise cash collections and minimise aged debt. Provide leadership within the team, supporting and coaching to ensure each team member received the required support. Attend regular meetings with Manager to review ageing and allocations. Building, strengthening, and improving customer relationships within the Credit Team. Conduct regular meetings and periodic formal PDR's with each member of the Credit Team. Ad hoc related tasks as required by Credit Manager or any other member of the Senior Management Team. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise workload in a target driven environment. At all times demonstrate confidentiality, conscientiousness, and trustworthiness.


Qualifications



Excellent written, verbal and numerical skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Pro-active attitude to account management Knowledge of Collections and DD compliance. Excellent follow-up skills and a positive attitude at all times Must be able to work on own initiative and also part of a team, in a dynamic and fast paced environment A high energy level with creative problem solving abilities
