Credit Control Supervisor

Responsibilities as our Credit Control Supervisor will include:

Supervisor to a team of five credit controllers Dealing with, negotiating and resolving escalated issues Monitoring customer credit limits and overseeing the setup of new customer accounts Safeguarding the company's exposure to bad debts Send monthly debt letters, solicitor letters and issue legal proceedings Deal with ROT claims, accounts in liquidation and bad debts Raise invoices for customer rebates Processing contras and journals Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Identify and implement process improvements Month end reporting and annual audit records Proven experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of sales ledger processes.

What we're looking for in our Credit Control Supervisor :

Proven experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of sales ledger processes. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work well in small teams.
