We're looking for a friendly and focused Credit Controller to join our team at Your Local on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

What you'll be doing:
Managing customer accounts and chasing outstanding payments Building good relationships with customers and our wider team Keeping accurate records and staying organised Solving problems quickly and with care

Someone with experience in credit control or a similar role Confident speaking to customers over the phone and by email Good with numbers and attention to detail Friendly, professional and a team player
