Job Description

Overview

Due to expansion we are seeking an Credit Controller to join our Treasury team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing debts and ensuring timely payments from tenants.

This role will offer the possibility of hybrid working after successful completion of probation.

Duties

- Chasing outstanding debts
- Liaising with surveyors and negotiating with debtors
- Resolving discrepancies
- Updating financial records
- Client reporting

Qualifications

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong credit control skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to analyse financial information
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Experience in accounts payable is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 27,000.00-32,000.00 per year
