What you'll be doing

Ensure the database is kept up to date with notes of all customer communication in relation to debt chasing Ensure that all customer communications are responded to appropriately and in line with internal KPIs Review accounts during each step of the credit control process to ensure all queries are closed prior to instructing solicitors Work as part of a team on all general administration of the credit control shared inbox

What you need to succeed




You'll be a detail-oriented professional assisting with all aspects of credit control for service charges, rent and/or utilities recharges in accordance with debt collection procedure for all England & Wales managed properties You'll bring with you professionalism and a positive attitude as you work collaboratively with internal departments to assist with customer queries and deliver first class customer service
