Key Responsibilities
Manage and collect payments from customer accounts efficiently.
Take ownership of your own ledger section and deliver agreed collection targets.
Monitor daily debt levels and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding balances.
Oversee cash allocation and take corrective action on misallocated accounts.
Ensure all procedures align with company credit policies and best practices.
Escalate significant credit issues to the Team Leader or Credit Manager.
Complete daily tasks such as managing unallocated cash, resolving account disputes, and contacting customers who miss payment deadlines.
About You
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing high-value accounts within a target-driven setting.
Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with customers worldwide.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
, particularly Excel.
Knowledge of the media or publishing industry is an advantage but not essential.
