We are seeking an experienced

Credit Controller

to join our Finance team. This role is based in our Birmingham office working on a hybrid basis.

A snapshot of your day:

Ensuring that all clients are chased for payment within their agreed payment terms Dealing with all clients in a polite and efficient manner Resolving any client queries to everyone's satisfaction Preparing a monthly Credit Control report for finance committee Attend and participate at monthly Credit Control meeting with line manager Advising Sales Ledger on any discrepancies Monitoring of unapplied payments Production of all client Monthly Statements

We would love to hear from you if you have:

Previous credit control experience is essential Experience of working within an accounts function would be necessary Good interpersonal skills to ensure effective team working Good communication skills both written and verbal Experience with Excel Experience with Oracle fusion or a similar ERP system is highly desirable Minimum of GCSE Grade "5" or "C" in Maths and English
