Job Title: Credit Controller

Location: Blackburn

Salary: Up to \xc2\xa329k

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Credit Controller to join our client\'s dynamic finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end credit control process, including chasing outstanding debts, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments.
• Evaluate credit risk and set credit limits in accordance with company policies.
• Communicate with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and negotiate payment plans when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline invoicing processes and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare reports on debtor status and contribute to financial forecasting activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in credit control or a similar financial role.
• Strong knowledge of credit control procedures and debt collection practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
