The Credit Controller will play a key role in the Accounting & Finance department, managing credit control processes and ensuring timely payments. This permanent role in Bolton is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail.

• Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Handle credit control processes, including issuing invoices and reminders.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
• Conduct credit checks and assess customer creditworthiness.
• Resolve payment disputes and queries professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to improve processes.
• Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts and payment trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
