Credit Control admin
to join our client in the South Bristol area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in credit control and customer account administration within a fast-paced and supportive environment.
This is a temp-to-perm role; therefore, to be successful, you need to be available immediately or on short notice.
About you
You will have strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, and you will be a confident communicator with a customer-focused approach. Previous experience in a finance or credit control environment is desirable.
As a Credit Control admin, your role will include, but not be limited to:
Assist with the timely processing of credit notes in line with company procedures
Investigate and resolve customer queries relating to orders and account discrepancies
Handle incoming calls relating to customer accounts, providing professional and courteous support
Maintain invoice data across client third-party systems as required
Open and maintain new customer accounts in accordance with the agreed process cycle
Support the maintenance of the Sales Ledger and complete administrative tasks within departmental deadlines
Assist in the collection and allocation of customer payments, ensuring adherence to the company's credit risk policies and trading terms
What the client has to offer:
A salary of 26,000 - 28,000 per annum
Hybrid working (after 6 months' probation)
