Job Description
Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller to join Welcome Furniture, one of the UK's leading furniture manufacturers. The ideal candidate will be a team player and able to build relationships with their colleagues and customers.
As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for all aspects of your assigned sales ledger which includes large national companies as well as small independent retailers.
Responsibilities
Creating and processing invoices Accessing and updating customer portals Allocating receipts Reconciling credit accounts Managing customer account balances including the monitoring of credit limits and chasing overdue debts Dealing with customer queries Assist the Credit Control Manager with dispute resolution
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in an accounts setting Minimum 5 GCSEs including Maths and English Computer literate including experience in Office programs, such as Excel and Word Good communicator, both written and verbal Ability to work in a pressurised environment and meet deadlines Confident in dealing with internal and external stakeholders Clean driving licence
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 26,000.00 per year
