What You'll Do

Build rapport with customers and colleagues, maintaining strong relationships while managing debt recovery. Communicate confidently and tactfully, ensuring payments are chased and processed with professionalism. Handle customer enquiries, assess new credit requests, and keep accounts up to date using our CRM. Collaborate with our sales team to spot opportunities and support business growth. Take ownership of your work, always striving for excellence and continuous improvement.
